Shakti Women is a women’s empowerment agency specialising in design and delivery of bespoke and off the shelf training to support your success. At the heart of our training is research into the issues affecting women and girls (our Pink Paper) as well as research into what works for women on their learning journey.

As well as our amazing training to Take you to the Top we have consulted for a plethora of national and regional agencies including the National Council of Voluntary Organisations, The Equality Trust, Institute of Social Entrepreneurs, Business Link just to name a few, and delivered training leadership for Birmingham City Council Equalities and offered our membership package to women in Leicester, Derby, Wolverhampton and Birmingham.
